BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Booking
Booking/purchase is made and paid through the electronic booking system.

An online booking becomes binding once you have paid the booking amount and received a confirmation by email. Please check that your confirmation matches your booking.

Cancellation
The program services can be cancelled free of charge until 18:00 on the day before the service is booked. For cancellations made after that, the full fee will be charged.

Apply for a refund by email to oppaat-guider@elisanet.fi. Always remember to include your name, booking number, and the time of the booking. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card, and online bank payments will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

A refund request must be made no later than 14 days after the cancellation.
